One of the key technologies for realizing carbon neutrality is next-generation batteries, nano-scale functional particles with various functions, popularization of 5G & 6G communication systems and environment-friendly vehicles, passive components such as MLCC that require ultra-miniaturization and high reliability against the backdrop of advances in advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), high-quality medicine by DX, and medical devices that are becoming increasingly AI and digital. Our expectations are high in our coating technologies in every field of society.
MLCC/MLCI/ varistors, thermistors, and other passive components. Process technology related to next-generation dielectric sheet forming, inner electrode process, and both terminal and multi-terminal external electrode application and pre-and post-application processes. Equipment, fixtures, and services are provided. Our patented technologies, such as the world-smallest 0201mm and so on, and our unique processing technologies respond to customer demands.
Our technologies enable the precise deposition of organic and inorganic materials (metals, compounds, oxides, nitrides) in thicknesses ranging from 1 nm to 1 µm on complex surface shapes of various powders, such as battery materials and magnetic materials, as well as on advanced devices. Additionally, it can be applied to the deposition of gas barrier films, corrosion-resistant films, conductive films, and insulating films.
Robots themselves evaluate material properties and optimize conditions and compositions, utilizing AI and robotic technology to bring about a 'laboratory industrial revolution.' This will lead to serendipity (unexpected discoveries).
※Creative AI Robotics is our group company.
We have an extensive lineup of products tailored to the needs of our customers, from the liquid phase to the gas phase.
In addition to what we have introduced, we may be able to accommodate many of your requests, so please feel free to contact us first.
We have improved our conventional electrode coating method to accommodate a wide range of process conditions, jigs, equipment, development support, and contracted coating to suit customer products and materials.

This video is an introduction to liquid-phase technologies.
By using a special liquid raw material that does not use slurry, a laminated structure of BaTiO3 and Ni electrode patterns (less than 100 nm) can be formed directly on PET film. This enables the creation of an ultra-thin dielectric green sheet that does not require a drying process.

Optimal methods for both vacuum and atmospheric deposition are available.
Organic and inorganic (metal, compound, oxide, nitride) films can be deposited.
High-quality, dense films of 1 nm to 1 μm in thickness can be deposited.
